EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
7-Day Return Window
We offer hassle-free size exchanges and returns within 7 calendar days of receipt. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original leather patches, rivets, and tags intact.
Exchange Procedure
1. Message our WhatsApp concierge (+880 1700-000000) or email hello@stoorify.com with your Order Number (e.g. DEN-123456).
2. State your desired replacement size or style.
3. Our courier partner will deliver your new size and collect the previous pair in a single doorstep swap.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after product inspection at our Dhaka fulfillment center.
